Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of etobillion (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

I love these little flashlights. I have two now, and can't get over how functional they are. Small, easy to charge, will fit almost anywhere, and I especially like the glow in the dark feature, because after I have turned them off the body stays glowing, just incase I drop it, I can find it again easily.

It is a great small light and bright too. It does have different brightness settings. It also has red and blue strobe. A magnet on the bottom. Good light to have and a great price. I would buy more in time

Fantastic little lights! It takes a minute to figure out the button clicks but after that it's great! it is ridiculously bright on turbo and runs for hours and hours on low. The side light are a great feature especially the flashing red and blues!

Very small design. LEDs are extremely bright. Be very careful not to look directly at the unit! Like the multiple light modes in such a small package. initial power charge was fast; have not had it long enough to test the battery retention. Glow in the dark body is nice & charges from the built in UV mode. Have not tested how long it will retain a glow in the dark charge. Only issues: Charge port cover feels very flimsy and concerns me that it may break off. The fit of it also may reduce the water resistance of the unit. Power button is difficult to depress. Partly due to the small size of the entire light (ergonomics) and partly due to the stiffness out of the box, It may loosen over repeated use, which will make it much easier to switch between light modes. No included instructions. Had to find the image on the listing page to see use the light. Overall, I think this will make a nice addition to toss into a small emergency style kit.`
