We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of etobillion (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Our reviews are verified for authenticity
The bag looks nice. The fabric is nice but a little heavy. The color is more pale than the picture and the stitching colors are also in light color. Some seams are hand sewn like trapezoid, there is an example in the picture (usually invisible places). A little smell, all this is fine with me. But in many places the yarns appeared (in the pictures). Finally, the compartment (lining) is thin and the Velcro on the inside is badly sewn. I hardly use that compartment so that the Velcro part or lining won't tear off. Except for all this, I didn't have much trouble using it. There was no water in the light-moderate rain. I soon got used to the straps just a little hard. I didn't regret getting the bag, but I expected more careful stitches. The order reached my hand in a short time. Thanks store for fast shipping.

The backpack came in 3 weeks, the color that i ordered. The material is super, the straps are leather, the seams are whole, well-groomed. A4 album fits horizontally, vertically and that more. Many pockets, quite roomy. As a gift put a keychain. I am happy with the purchase, i recommend.
Delivery fast, backpack super, material type tarpaulin, leather, thread kapron thick. The first thing i look at is the lining, gives out immediately, but here at the height, the fabric is good. The size, of course, is small, but it was already known from the description and reviews, and i have enough for the city. Color as expected, classic army. The only jamb that i found-rough processed on the straps fabric bends, but here the glue moment is crystal and the problem is solved. In short, the collection of backpacks was replenished with another favorite. Long chose, very satisfied.
Gorgeous backpack! All as in the description and reviews, so i will not repeat myself. The color of the mute is different from my photo. In real life, it is a warmer shade. Rivets, locks all works. Delivery to the kemerovo region 2,5 weeks. The store put a keychain as a gift.

High quality backpack, the material is dense and reliable (tarpaulin?), well and clearly stitched. Leather elements and inserts. Appearance at 10/10. Roomy and at the same time not bulky, not big and not small, perfect size. A secret pocket for the phone on the back, a compartment for the tablet or laptop. Good shape. The color army green is very interesting, just like i wanted, it "plays" depending on the sanctification, but it's only a plus and not a minus! Of the minus (but not for me) probably only the weight of the backpack, it is and it is noticeable because of the density of the material. The best backpack i 've ever seen or had. I recommend this store and his products, everything was sent quickly a little more than 2 weeks. I will definitely order something else in this store.
Backpack is really good!!! The material is dense type of tarpaulin, hoods and straps made of genuine leather. Bottom and back with seal, pockets are a lot. Recommend!!! It seems to me that if in the process of operation there will be rubbing, it will not spoil its appearance.
